Me taking notes as I could . The truth is I could not take notes of it all . Wanted to see .
Again I say I wish I could have a workshop like this every day until my last breath ...

All the Pictures from the Workshop were taken By Angelique Hofman

Sunday the 17th . I drove back to Golegã . The weather was better . Unlike yesterday the Sun wanted to burst itself from the dark Clouds .
The Work started again at 09:00 .
The first horse seemed way much better than the day before a feeling that stayed as i saw the other horses "promenade" by.
The teachings made sense and where like a light to my mind .
I was astonished by the way Mr Borba sees clearly a problem and handles it with calm and precision .
Unlike all the Écuyers I have seen he is not only amazing with the Horses and their work as well he is a Brilliant teacher .
I met a Lady that attend the workshop today from the Nokia Land Mrs Mikaela Von Koskull, whi is now living in Portugal.
After the forth rider we went to Lunch Mr. Frederico Saramago and Mr Quintas from the E.P.A.E also joined us .
We had Lunch at the same restaurant with Mr Borba , Angelique and some other riders that attend the Workshop .
In the Afternoon i was again blessed with the teachings of Mestre Julio . He rode a mare that looked a completly different horse under his command .
One thing that will stay with me dailyis "Shoulder in" ... " Shoulder in " ...
The hours I spent in the workshop were seconds . I could listen to those teachings for life .
I dont ride I try and Try and Try ...

Until next time and check www.julioborba.com

Long time ... No Bloginn...
Written on the 16th of the Current month .

Today , The 16th January 2010 , I headed early morning to Golegã .

Under heavy rain I arrived at 08:15 leaving behind My wife , Rita Our beloved Daughter and Violino .
I was lucky to attending the first Workshop By Mestre Júlio Borba .
Five years had passed since , as he says , gave his last Lesson in is Homeland .
Although , in My opinium , Great Écuiers belong to the World . Or the World belongs to them . Our Equestrian World .
It started clockwise at 09:00 with the first Rider .
There would be four riders in the morning and another four after Lunch.

The work method was cristal clear , under Mestre Borba , words . It Look so simple being done by a true “Écuyer” .
I could not believe my eyes .
I hope one day I can take Violino and maybe Bjinks (My wife´s Friesen Horse to attend such a clinic.
This time I was to late...
When Angelique Mailed to tell me the Bad News , She said I should come . It would be worth it.
And I have to say … Thank God she did so …
Instead of Staying in Golegã I came home to Lisbon to My Bautifull Wife and Our Angel . Tomorrow I will drive Back to Golegã.
There will be no ridding for me this weekend , Missing my Horse but ,surely, he will understand the reason .
Ate at Barrigas in the José Farinha Relvas Street .Good but expensive . Tomorrow I Starve .
The Mayor was there , The Man behind the Best horse Event in the World.
